Our client, a major claims management organisation is seeking to recruit a Property Claims Manager to head up their successful team based in their Staffordshire office. The successful candidate will handle their own small caseload of the higher value and more complex/technical losses from cradle to grave as well as running a team of Claims Handlers. This will typically entail work allocation, training and development, appraisals, senior management liaison and analysis of MI. The role calls for someone with at least three years domestic and commercial property claims handling experience at either an Insurer or Adjuster (not a Broker) and someone who is preferably someway to becoming ACII qualified, although full professional development will be supported; previous managerial experience would be highly advantageous.
