Our client, a highly respected and market leading claims organisation is currently seeking to recruit a Liability Claims Manager for their successful Liverpool office. The role will entail managing a team of Claims Handlers, with responsibility for productivity - ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met, appraisals, identifying training needs, quality control, service delivery, recruitment, client relationship development & service, production and delivery of MI to senior management, claims handling and undertaking projects. We are ideally someone ACII/ILEX qualified, with a high level of technical EL & PL claims handling experience along with previous management skills gained in a claims environment.
