Our client, a major claims management organisation is seeking a Service Centre Manager to work in their Manchester office. Reporting to Director level, the successful candidate will be tasked with the effective utilisation of resources, managing the budget, team leadership (approx 30 staff), ensuring SLAs & KPIs are met, auditing, ensuring that processes are adhered to and developing and improving them as appropriate. Applicants should have experience of managing teams, workflow and performance, ideally in an insurance / financial services environment. An understanding of domestic/commercial property claims would be hugely advantageous as would a relevant qualification such as ACII/ACILA.
