Our Client, a specialist firm in the Leeds area requires a Solicitor to undertake a broad scope of Defendant Professional Indemnity work. Though our Client handles cases from a wide range of business classes, they have particular expertise in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a mixed caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, as well as assisting in the training of less experienced staff. You will work closely with Partners on a number of highly complex, technical matters in areas for which the firm is highly regarded. An appetite for challenge is an absolute must in this role, as well as a practical commercial approach to resolution of claims. Candidates will be educated to graduate level with experience in a legal environment or a qualified solicitor (4 yrs PQE min). A very good technical knowledge of Professional Indemnity claims is essential.
