Our client is one of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK acting for over 30 major insurance organisations. Due to success and continuous growth they are currently recruiting for a number of Fee Earners

The unit offers a highly systemised service to handle large volumes of pre-litigated, small and fast track litigated cases. The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files as soon as possible whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed.

They are looking for excellent Litigators who have an understanding and experience of handling RTA/PI cases so that they can review files, formulate a strategy and liaise with insured and insurers where necessary.

Person Specification

Experience of litigation and handling RTA/PI files is essential with evidence of managing own case load.
