Our client is one of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK, acting for over 60 insurance clients. The firm handles claims arising from most lines of insurance business. Due to expansion they are seeking experienced Fee Earners to join the team to significantly increase the capacity of the team to handle specialist fraud files.

Experience of handling a personal case load of litigated RTA files is essential to this role as well as an understanding of how fraudulent or suspected fraudulent claims are handled. This role is suitable either for qualified candidates, or individuals with equivalent skills from working within a legal case handling environment.
