Our Client, a progressive and expanding insurer is seeking ULR Claims Handlers to work within their Claims Management Service Team in Bolton. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own portfolio of uninsured loss recovery claims from intimation through to settlement, be it recovery of subrogated losses from third parties/third party insurer's or managing claims submitted by third parties for vehicle repair, alternative vehicle hire, loss of earnings and other property related claims. You will speak with a combination of interested partied ranging from the Policyholder, Third Party, witnesses, repairers, hire companies (including credit hire) & third party insurer's/accident management companies/solicitors. You will be responsible for negotiating a speedy and equitable settlement. It is essential that you are an individual who can multi task, who prides themselves in the accuracy of your work and can remain calm whilst working to defined targets and deadlines. You will have previous experience in Un-Insured Loss Recovery and/or Third Party Motor Liability Claims, preferably in an Accident Management environment. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high regard for customer service.
