Our client a claims organisation with a unique market offering is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Technician to handle a caseload of EL & PL losses on a cradle to grave basis. This will typically involve liaising with Loss Adjusters, policyholders, brokers and other third parties. The successful candidate will be expected to be analytical and have excellent communication skills as they will need to examine evidence and medical reports as well as negotiating liability and quantum with claimant solicitors. Previous exposure to liability claims is essential (preferably defendant) and progress towards a professional qualification, such as ACII/ILEX, would be a definite bonus.
