Our client is seeking a Commercial Adjuster / Manager to supervise a team of Domestic & Commercial Adjusters operating throughout North West London and surrounding areas, whilst handling a smaller caseload of the higher value and more complex/sensitive claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for work allocation, training, quality control, appraisals, liaising with senior management and conducting audits when required. Although further professional development is supported, applicants must be ACILA/ACII qualified and have prior managerial/supervisory experience and have a strong background in handling property claims at least up to £100k.
