Our client, a claims management organisation at the forefront of the market, is seeking a Secretarial Team Leader to join their team. Responsible for work allocation, appraisals, office administration, training as well as audio typing and typical secretarial duties, the successful candidate will also be expected to direct phone traffic as appropriate and answering general queries from policyholders. Applicants will only be considered if the have carried out a secretary / typist role within another insurance organisation because they will need to have a basic understanding of claims. Prior team leader experience as well as excellent audio typing skills will be required.
