A leading international law firm is seeking a casualty claims handler to work out of their Liverpool office. The successful candidate will be accountable for handling a caseload of EL & PL claims through to conclusion. Candidates must have the ability to handle diverse EL, PL and PRL cases from cradle to grave with industry knowledge and experience of working with corporate entities, major insurers and brokers within retail, transport and public sectors. CAHA experience is preferred.

A mature attitude is beneficial as is familiarity in handling client work from large retailers and public sector organisations.

Proactive management of cases and a willingness to offer technical support and mentoring to more inexperienced claims handlers is also desirable.
