Our client is seeking a Domestic Adjusting Field Manager to work from home and be responsible for managing a team of Domestic Adjusters throughout the UK, as well as handling a small caseload of the larger & more complex domestic complaint losses. You will report into the UK Field Operations Manager as regards service, technical output, Adjuster appraisals & development. Your team will be responsible for handling primarily domestic losses on both a 'cradle-to-grave' and 'investigate only' basis, acting on behalf of numerous instructing principals. We are ideally looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster with obvious man-management skills; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force.
