Our client is seeking a Senior Adjuster & Regional Manager to work out of one of their local offices (Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle) and manage a team of Property Adjusters (Domestic, HNW & Commercial) and support staff, operatng throughout The North (North West, Yorkshie and North East) regions. You will report into the UK Operations Manager and be responsible for regional profit & loss, service, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
