Our client, a leading accident management provider in Warrington is seeking to recruit a Claims consultant within their hire monitoring department.
Main Accountabilities
Determining and establishing the prospects of recovering potential outlay
Providing sensible and considered advice to clients regarding what they are entitled to claim for and likely timescales
Extracting information from engineer reports and adding this to CMS ensuring correct vehicle status is chosen on CMS and claim is actioned in accordance with this
Liaising with clients, brokers, solicitors, third parties, insurers, body shops, engineers and vehicle rental companies to ensure that services provided are satisfactory and remain justifiable
Regularly updating both clients and brokers alike in accordance with the agreed claims process and the Broker Schedule of Services
Taking client’s out of hire vehicles in line with the ABI GTA when the repairs have been completed or the client has received their pre accident value cheque
