My client is now actively seeking experienced Account Executives, Existing experienced Commercial Brokers, Broking Teams or Broking managers to become your own boss and work as an Area Representative for a dynamic and financially secure broking group.
My client is looking to expand their national teams of Area Representatives in all fields of commercial insurance. If you are self motivated, can generate business and be rewarded for your business and you need full financial support for the first 12 months, then this role could be for you.
My client will provide full financial support for the first 12 months, a renewal and broking service, access to computer systems, access to a national network of broking markets and facilities, ownership of YOUR clients, Premium collection service, assistance with accounts and FSA management / compliance issues and assistance for marketing, website, letterheads and general start up needs.
In return you need to complete a three year business plan in partnership with the group, win new business, act and represent yourself in a professional and ethical manner, committ yourself for a minimum of 12 months and have the desire to succeed.
