Our client, a successful insurance claims organisation is seeking a Technical Manager to fill a newly created role. Working within the buildings repair / validation field, you will be expected to act as a point of technical referral to surveyors, to recruit and manage contractors, to provide training to clients and surveyors and to ensure the smooth functioning of the division in line within client criteria. You will also accompany senior management to assist on the technical aspects of client presentations. The successful candidate should be MRICS/MCIOB qualified and have a track record of working within insurance buildings claims validations / surveying and / or Adjusting.
