Insurance Buildings Surveyor / Estimator

Salary: £25000 to £35000 £25000 - £35000 per annum + Car, Bonus, Benefits etc

Our Loss Adjusting client is seeking an Insurance Buildings Surveyor / Estimator to work out of their Belfast office and operate throughout Northern Ireland as required, handling a portfolio of perils / subsidence project management claims. Although not essential, ideally you will possess a Buildings/Surveying qualification or designation (i.e HNC – Building Studies, A/MCIOB etc), although this is not essential. You will typically attend at the risk / loss address, validate the claims, repudiate liability where required, determine the scope and schedule of works, allocate claims to the appropriate contractor and thereafter, project manage the remedial works through to a completion managing service levels and ensurin adherence to health & safety requirements etc. You will report into the Divisional Director and be provided with all of the necessary IT equipment / office support required to carry out your duties.
