Our client is seeking a Fraud Claims Manager to work out of either their Surrey based office, managing ateam Fraud Claims Investigators, dealing with a caseload of household, motor and commercial fraud claims. Aside from your managerial duties, you will be required to handle a small caseload of the larger & more complex claims. You will report into the Divisional Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses, technical output / quality assurance, staff appraisals, training & development etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Claims Team Leader or a Faud Claims Technician with good experience of handling fraudulent claims; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a team of claims handlers.
