Our client is seeking a Liability Claims Team Leader to work out of their Milton Keynes office, managing a team of liability claims handlers handling EL, PL and Products liability claims on a ‘desk-top’ basis and acting support of external Liabilit Adjusters on the larger and more complex cases. You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses and technical output / quality assurance etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Claims Team Leader or Senior Liability Claims Technician with good prior experience of handling complex liability claims; someone that account management / responsibility & who would relish the task of being a focal point.
