Building Surveyor / Claims Manager

Salary: £35000 to £45000 £35000 - £45000 per annum + Car, Bonus, Benefits etc

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Claims Manager to work out of their Stoke office, managing a team of Building Claims Technicians and working in conjunction with the external Surveyors / Engineers in the handling of project managed prils and subsidence claims. You will report into the Service Centre Manager Manager and typically be responsible for technical referrals on building claims matters, technical advice / output and policyholder liaison. Ideally, with this being a 'desk-based' role, you will live close to / within commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent. We are ideally looking for an experienced Buildings Surveyor and perhaps you will be HNC (Building Studies) or BSc (Building Surveying) qualified as a minimum; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for this internal claims team.
