Our client is looking for a Subsidence Claims Handler / Technician to handle and assist with a portfolio of primarily domestic subsidence claims, working out of their Leeds office. You will also receive “on the job” training as a part of your development, shadowing Surveyors and Engineers on external visits & carrying out secondary visits yourself etc. You will typically liaise with policyholders, Surveyors / Engineers, Brokers, Insurers & suppliers, reporting into the Branch Manager. Ideally, you will have previous subsidence or household claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a dynamic, reputable and developing organisation.
