Our client is looking for a Building Claims Technician to work out of their Preston office and handle / assist with a portfolio of household buildings claims - subsidence and perils. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must have previous household claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected Insurer.
