Our client is seeking a Senior Los Adjuster & Area Manager to work out of their Southampton office and manage a team of Property Adjusters (Domestic, HNW & Commercial) and support staff, as well as handling their own (very small) caseload of the larger & more complex losses. You will report into the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for regional profit & loss, service, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
