My client is a leading Insurance company and due to continued growth and profitability they have 2 exciting opportunities for Commercial Insurance Underwriters to join its regional head office underwriting team in Chester dealing with commercial insurance products.

Dealing with renewals, mid term amendments and new business enquires from their agency network across the UK they are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial underwriter with knowledge of Commercial Property / Liability and package policies.

There is a great deal of flexibility within the role and will be ideal for someone looking to take their next step in their insurance career.

My client is looking for a professional attitude, enthusiastism, proven as a quick learner and you must work well on your own or within a busy, but exciting underwritng team. You must also strive to provide a first class customer service coupled with excellent organisational skills.

It will be a busy role, but rewarding. To attract strong candidates an excellent remuneration package is on offer. Applications will also be considered from those with a commercial insurance broking background with strong technical knowledge of combined insurance policies.
