The role is multi faceted and will encompass duties such as budget control, overseeing KPIs and service levels to ensure adherence to agreed standards, client liaison, senior management liaison, allocation of resources, recruitment, ensuring rigorous technical standards are met through the correct provision of training and audits. We are seeking a candidate with previous management experience with a strong technical background in domestic claims in a similar insurance environment.
