Our client, a major claims management organisation is seeking to recruit a Technical Household Claims Team Leader to manage a team of Domestic Claims Handlers. The successful candidate will handle their own caseload of the higher value and more complex/technical losses as well as being tasked with work allocation, training and development, appraisals, senior management liaison and analysis of MI. The role calls for someone with at least three years property claims handling experience at either an Insurer or Adjuster and someone who is preferably someway to becoming ACII/ACILA qualified, although full professional development will be supported; previous managerial experience would be highly advantageous.
