Our client is seeking a Household Claims Manager to work out of either their Manchester or Glasgow office, managing circa 60 Household Claims Handlers (including 4 Team Leaders) working out of both Manchester and Glagow, dealing with a caseload of buildings, contents and personal possessions claims. Aside from your managerial duties, you will be required to handle a small caseload of the larger & more complex claims. You will report into the Claims Director and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses, technical output / quality assurance, staff appraisals, training & development etc. This represents a fantastic opportunity working for a market-leading Insurance company.
