Our Client is seeking Motor Claims Technicians to work within their Warrington offices. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling their own portfolio of non fault motor claims from inception to settlement. You will provide an efficient day to day claims handling service to Brokers and Clients alike and recover both uninsured losses and Non disputed outlay in the minimum possible time albeit without sacrificing quality for haste.
The Role:
Ensure that the recovery of non-disputed monies owed is obtained in the shortest possible time
Ensure timely recognition of disputed claims and the transfer of these to a Technical Claims Handler
Ensure that all required documentation is gathered at the earliest opportunity and that there are no delays in submission of claims to third parties/third party insurers
Regularly update both clients and brokers alike in accordance with the agreed claims process and the Broker Schedule of Services
Handle, record and resolve any low level complaints that do not require escalation
You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high regard for customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a hugely respected company.
