Salary: £18000 to £24000 £18000 - £24000 per annum + Bonus, Benefits etc

Our client is looking for a Claims Technician to handle portfolio of Household and Commercial Property claims both on a desk-top delegated' and 'Adjuster-led' basis, working out of their Bury St Edmonds office. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must have previous household and commercial property claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
