Job Details

The successful candidates will be responsible for handling their own portfolio of uninsured loss recovery claims from intimation through to settlement, be it recovery of subrogated losses from third parties/third party insurer's or managing claims submitted by third parties for vehicle repair, alternative vehicle hire, loss of earnings and other property related claims.

You will speak with a combination of interested partied ranging from the Policyholder, Third Party, witnesses, repairers, hire companies (including credit hire) & third party insurer's/accident management companies/solicitors. You will be responsible for negotiating a speedy and equitable settlement.

You will have previous experience in Un-Insured Loss Recovery and/or Third Party Motor Liability Claims, preferably from a Insurance, Legal or Accident Management environment. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high regard for customer service.
