Our client is looking for an Assistant Liability Adjusting Manager to work out of their South Wales office and assist in the management of a team of Liability Adjusters operating out of that office. You will asist with the allocation of claims, the checking of reports, working closely with the senior / executive liability management team, handling complaints, being responsible for staffing / recruitment and personal development, as well as handling a small number of losses yourself; mainly EL, PL & Products losses for injury and property liability. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years Liability Adjusting experience and/or previous Managerial experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious. You will work out of their local office and be provided with all the necessary equipment / office support as required.
