Our client is seeking a Senior Liability Adjuster / Executive, based in The Midlands (East or West) to open a Midlands office and be responsible for The Midlands team. For the right candidate, this is a shareholding opportunity and hence, you must be a senior figure in the markets and potentially, be in a position to bring work with you. You will report into the Managing Director and typically, be responsible for regional profit & loss, service, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Adjuster; someone that is prepared to take a risk in return for medium-long term rewards; rewards beyond the provisions of a any 'employee only' type opportunity.
