Our client is looking for a High Net Worth (HNW) Claims Handler with previous household and/or HNW claims experience, to handle and assist with a portfolio of HNW (buildings, contents and all risks) claims, working out of their Manchester office. You will typically liaise with policyholders, external adjusters, brokers, insurers & suppliers, reporting into the Branch Manager. Ideally, you will have previous domestic claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential.
