Our client is looking for an Assistant Liability Claims Manager to work out of their Cardiff office and assist in the management of a team of Liability Claims Technicians operating out of that office. You will allocate claims, check reports, work closely with the senior / executive liability management team, handle complaints, be responsible for staffing / recruitment and personal development, as well as handling a small number of losses yourself; mainly EL, PL & Products losses for injury and property liability. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years Liability Adjusting experience and/or previous Managerial experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious. You will work out of their local office and be provided with all the necessary equipment / office support as required.
