Our client is seeking a Liability Claims Manager to work out of their Bristol office, managing two teams of Liability Claims Handlers dealing with a caseload of EL, PL & Products liability claims for a specific / prestigious Insurer client. Aside from your managerial duties, you will handle a small caseload of the larger & more complex / sensitive claims. You will report into the UK Liability Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses, technical output / quality assurance, staff appraisals, training & development etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader or a Liability Claims Technician with good experience (5 years minimum) of handling liability claims; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a team of claims handlers.
