Our client is a highly successful Loss Adjusting practice looking to expand their team with the addition of a Contracts Manager to operate throughout the West Midlands. Working from an office or home base, you will be responsible for dealing with subsidence claims; attending site, liaising with Loss Adjusters, drawing up schedules of work, overseeing contractors, auditing of works, updating Insurers and policyholders as required and ensuring works are completed as efficiently as possible. The successful candidate should have of relevant qualification such as HNC Buildings Studies or higher and previous experience of buildings claims is essential.
