Our client, a leading claims management organisation is seeking to continue their expansion of their fraud unit with the addition of Trainee Fraud Investigators to work from home and operate externally in various regions of the UK. Applicants MUST have previous experience of dealing with high risk / suspicious and potentially fraudulent property claims - this should include undertaking telephone / face to face interviews, liaising with Police, interrogating databases such as CUE & Experian, compiling detailed reports as well as settling claims that are subsequently proved to valid. It is advantageous for candidates to have some progression towards a relevant qualification such as ACII or ACFS although further professional development will be supported. This is an a fantastic opportunity to secure an external role with a leading name in claims.
