Our client is looking for an 'immediately available' Contract Motor Claims Technicians to work out of their Chesterfield office on an initial 3 month contract (rolling thereafter, with a view to permanent - no guarantees) and handle / assist with a portfolio of motor claims. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must be immediately available and have previous household claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
