Our client is seeking a Senior Adjuster / Area Performance Manager to work out of one of their South West offices and 'perfomance manage' a team of Property Adjusters handling Domestic, HNW & Commercial losses for various instructing principals, operatingg throughout the South West / South Wales regions. You will report into the UK Operations Manager and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
