Based within the Claims Audit Function, you will assist in the ongoing review of the Claims Department. Working alongside the Claims Audit Manager, you will coordinate audits and ensure that other managers from within the claims function are aware of developments at every stage of the process. You will monitor processes, procedures, technical competencies and service levels, whilst making appropriate recommendations to improve performance and assist in the achievement of departmental objectives.
Although this role is largely operational, a sound technical understanding of Motor Personal Injury claims is essential, and some exposure to Household claims would be advantageous. In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to train, coach and mentor colleagues.
In return, you can expect a generous basic salary, support towards professional qualifications and a comprehensive benefits package.
