Our client, a market leading insurer is seeking Motor Claims Technicians to work out of their Manchester offices. The team in which this role sits handle RTA claims from notification through to settlement. As well as ensuring the delivery of unrivalled customer service, the team are responsible for maximising vehicle repair and credit hire referrals into the approved network. You will have a strong working knowledge of the full RTA claims process including assessing liability, credit repair/hire and an understanding of Personal Injury claims would be advantageous.
