Motor Claims Controller
Job Reference: CDY 0019
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £25000 to £30000 £25000 - £30000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Working closely with external organisations and agencies e.g. insurance companies, solicitors, uninsured loss and credit hire companies and by applying the appropriate case law, the Motor Claims Controller is responsible for negotiating and recovering the best possible settlement for customers and the company as quickly as possible.

This role involves a high degree of influencing and negotiating to ensure settlement is achieved without the need for Litigation. The Motor Claims Controller has a pivotal role to play in achieving a balance between the provisions of a quality service combined with the commercial focus required to ensure that the Company meets all targets.

Technical:

Handle and process Third Party Damage claims up to a value of £20,000 and Third Party Injury Claims up to a value of £30,000 or £50,000 for multiple claimant cases accurately and efficiently and in accordance with the Best Practice Guide.

Act as the senior referral point for technical queries across the division
