The primary focuses of the role is to lead, motivate and manage a team of FNOL motor claims handlers and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets, MI and continually reviewing existing systems / processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with clients, including regular visits so excellent client facing and communication skills are essential.
