Our client is an established, well known and prestigious claims management organisation, looking to attract a talented Adjusting / Management professional to their business as a Property Field Director. Reporting to the UK Field Director and the Board, you will be responsible for managing regional teams of Domestic and Commercial Property Adjusters for the North of England and Scotland. This will entail overseeing performance against SLAs and KPIs, monitoring work quality, producing management information, dealing with complaints, liaising with suppliers as well as handling a small caseload of the more complex / contentious property claims on behalf of various instructing principals. We are seeking an ACII / ACILA qualified Adjusting professional, with at least five - ten years experience of Adjusting combined with prior managerial experience.
