Our client is seeking an Area Field Manager to operate from Southampton and to cover the surrounding areas, handling a caseload of the more technical and complex property claims. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for work allocation, audits, training, monitoring performance, recruitment, liaising with senior management and general day to day running of a team of Adjusters. Candidates should be ACII/ACILA qualified and have a strong history of domestic/commercial property Adjusting. This is an excellent opportunity for an Adjuster to step up in their career or for Manager/Adjuster to join a highly respected practice with excellent prospects.
