Our client is seeking a Senior Adjuster / Area Manager to work out of their Liverpool office and manage a team of Property Adjusters handling Domestic, HNW & Commercial losses up to £150,000 for various instructing principals, operating throughout the North Wales, Merseyside and West Lancs / Cumbria regions. You will report into the Regional Adjusting Manager and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
