My Client is one of the largest Insurance companies in the UK and boasts a fantastic reputation and place to work.

Following a continued period of expansion and growth they are now seeking an additional High Net Worth Household and motor underwriter.

The main focus of the role is quoting and underwriting for high net worth motor and household policies. The role demands that you deliver the highest levels of customer service, expertly handling and resolving the odd customer complaint along the way.

You will have good technical skills in underwriting HNW policies and be looking to take your career to the next level. You will have good communication and negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy working in a busy team environment and display the ability to build strong business relationships in dealing with insurance brokers.

The role will be based in the centre of Manchester and will be working Monday to Friday (9 to 5), but some working shifts might be required to work on a Saturday.

As this is a technical underwriting team you will have prior exposure to household or motor underwriting. High Net Worth experience would be a distinct advantage however my client will consider applications from candidates with other General Insurance underwriting experience.
