Household Fraud Claims Technician / Investigator

Salary: £20000 to £30000 £20000 - £30000 per annum + Bonus, Benefits etc

Our client is looking for up to 5 Household Fraud Claims Technicians / Investigators to handle and investigate a portfolio of household fraud claims both on a desk-top 'delegated' and 'Adjuster-led' basis, working out of their Stoke-on-Trent office. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must have previous creditor fraud claims handling / investigative experience, be familiar with cognitive interview techniques and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a niche and well respected organisation.
