Job Details

Motor Claims Technician required to handle a portfolio of First / Third Party Claims. Cases will be handled from 'cradle to grave' and will involve notifying claims, making relevant enquiries to establish liability as quickly as possible, reviewing documentation and other case critical reports, negotiating settlement of the claim and associated costs with the third party insurer / claimant’s solicitors.

You will have 12 months experience of handling First Part / Third Party / Disputed Liability / ULR or Credit Hire matters. You will be able to use your own initiative in order to settle cases quickly and in accordance with established protocols. In addition, excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
