A new vacancy has arisen for a Motor Personal Injury Claims Team Leader to join a leading Insurance company within their Manchester office. The successful Candidate will be accountable for the efficient running of Personal Injury claims team. You will monitor, direct, develop and manage the performance of the team together with identifying training needs and ensuring the provision of training. You will implement performance appraisals and personal development plans.
